What counts as a fact

A fact is a statement from a service’s official page, or from a bank or regulator document when one was included in the review. The check date appears on each profile.

If no page was available, the service is not placed on the scale. That is why Value Plus, Bitkub and a UnionPay card are excluded.

A calculated score is not presented as customer feedback. This site does not display review stars that could be mistaken for customer ratings.

A shortcoming is described as a missing line or as an explicit caveat on the service’s own site. There are no accusations without a document.

Another ranking is not copied as evidence. Agreement or disagreement with other reviews does not by itself change a score.
