Rubles to baht
All seven services list rubles in some form. The method differs, and the list for cash rubles is shorter.
Senate Exchange accepts Mir and UnionPay cards, SBP and transfers from Russian banks. Cash rubles are not named on the reviewed page. Cash USD, EUR, CNY and KZT are named.
2Change accepts rubles by transfer, including SBP. Cash rubles are not named. The minimum is THB 8,000.
EXFM accepts cashless rubles through SBP and Russian bank cards, plus cash rubles at an office. The minimum starts at THB 1,000.
ARBI Exchange lists SBP, Sberbank, T-Bank, Alfa-Bank, Mir, Raiffeisenbank, VTB, Visa, Mastercard and cash rubles. The minimum starts at THB 1,000.
Money Shop Phuket accepts Sberbank, transfers from Russian cards, SBP and cash rubles. A different rate applies below THB 8,000.
Oplatym accepts cash and cashless rubles. Its page sets the minimum as USD 100, not in baht. Phuket is not named.
Avosend sends rubles from a Russian card. For Thailand, the reviewed extract describes payout by card number, not cash on the island.
Using a Mir card to pay inside Thailand is a separate question. 2Change’s page says Mir cards are not accepted in Thailand. When an exchanger accepts Mir, it means a transfer for exchange sent from Russia—not payment in a shop.
